ಬರಹ, ಮತ್ತು ಮಾತನಾಡಲು ಕಲಿತೆ. ಹೋದ ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಸ್ವರ-ಬಲ್ಲ 1 ಹೇಳಿಕೊಟ್ಟೆ. ಹೇಳಿಕೊಡವಾಗ ನಾನು ಇನ್ನೂ ತುಂಬಾ ಕಲಿತೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಇತಿಹಾಸ ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ಹಿರಿಮೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತುಂಬಾ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡೆ. ನಾನು ಒಬ್ಬ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ನನಗೆ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ಇದೆ. ಕಳೆದ 8 ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಲಿ ಜೊತೆ ನನಗೆ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಮಧುರವಾದ ನೆನಪುಗಳಿವೆ, ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ ಹೇಳಬೇಕಂದ್ರೆ KK ದಿನ, ನಮ್ಮ KK peeps ಗೆಳೆಯರ ಗುಂಪು ,ಹಾಗೂ snack time. ಬರೆಯಲು ಶುರುಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಮುಗಿಯುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ.

reciting wonderful poems and learning about brave Kings and kingdoms. Valley Kannada Kali has been very instrumental in passing our Kannada culture to our kids. When we visit India it is always a pleasure to see that our kids are excited to try to read a hoarding sign, a street name and newspaper. Their confidence in Kannada vocabulary has tremendously increased due to attending classes in Valley Kannada Kali. Our childhood memories of Kannada stories and poems are becoming theirs now. They are very excited to learn Kannada with friends and always look forward for the fun sessions.

ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಂಡಳು. ಕೆಲವು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಳು. ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕವೃಂದವು ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ತುಂಬಾ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಆದಷ್ಟು ಬೇಗ ಎಲ್ಲಾ levels ಕಲಿತು, ಅಲ್ಲಿ teacher ಆಗಿ Volunteer ಮಾಡಲು ಬಯಸುತ್ತಾಳೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ಕಲಿಸಲು, ಇದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಉತ್ತಮವಾದ, ಸುಲಭ ಮಾರ್ಗ ಬೇರೆಯಿಲ್ಲ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ನನ್ನ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ!
